Open Class mit Sophia Otto

Um unsere Körper und unsere Wahrnehmung zu aktivieren, starten wir mit einer geführten Improvisation auf der Suche nach unserem persönlichen, ganz individuellen Bewegungsfluss. Mit diesen Erfahrungen konzentrieren wir uns anschließend auf klare Formen und Richtungen anhand von Übungen aus der Jooss-Leder- und der Limón-Technik, die erst am Platz stattfinden und und dann durch den Raum bewegen lassen, um die Form wieder in Fluss zu bringen.

Open Class with Sophia Otto

We will start waking up our bodies and awareness through a guided improvisation, connecting to our own, very individual movement flow. Taking these experiences with us, we will focus on clear shapes and directions in space with exercises inspired by the Jooss-Leder and the Limón technique that first take place on the spot, to then finally let these shapes move through space and let them flow again.
